What is Pomace Charcoal?

Olive pomace charcoal is a natural, plant-based charcoal produced by carbonizing (pyrolysis) olive pomace (leftover olive pulp) from olive oil production in special ovens. It is produced as an alternative to charcoal for use in barbecues and grills.

🟫What is Olive Pomace Charcoal?
Raw Material: Olive pomace (olive pomace)
Production Method: Carbonization (pyrolysis) in a high-temperature, airless environment
Form: Granules, small particles, or pressed tablets/cubes
Usage Area: Barbecues, grills, hookah charcoal, industrial ovens

🔥 What are its advantages?
✅ Environmentally friendly. Produced from agricultural waste, it allows recycling.
🔥 Long burning time. Burns as a glowing ember for a long time, maintaining ideal temperature.
♻️ Low smoke and soot. Produces less smoke than charcoal.
💰 Economical. Generally cheaper because it is domestically produced.
🧼 Clean burning. Does not impart smoke, taste, or odor to meat and food.
🌿 Natural scent. May be slightly aromatic because it comes from olive pulp.

🍖 Where is it used?
Barbecues and BBQs: Grilling meat, chicken, and fish
Hookah charcoal: Pressed and natural
Cafes and restaurants: Low smoke and odorless, making it suitable for indoor use
Industrial furnaces: As an alternative coal in some small-scale heating or cooking systems

⚠️ Cautions
